Fix Update V1.2

Hi,

I read the comments, played through, and compiled a list of fixed that include:

• Removing weapon restrictions on skills except for Thousand Arrows (still requires a bow)
• The jump problem in the haunted farmhouse is fixed
• Save prompts after boss fights 
• Save confirmed prompts
• Bug fixed events and NPC encounters
• Dialog edits and updates
